• Creation and use of multiple accounts on our platform by the same Gamer, whether directly or indirectly

• Impersonating another person or using their identity to gain access to our platform and play games

• Accessing accounts of other gamers with or without their permission

• Colluding with other Gamers and impacting or influencing any game or taking any action that may impact or influence the results of any game.

• Misuse of any of our promotions and offers, bonuses or any feature or program or policy to gain undue advantage

• Intentionally losing games or packing or taking any other action in games to benefit other gamers

• Flooding of chat windows or invites or messages or any unwanted communication in any form on our platform

• Advertising or commercial or promotional activity of any form on our platform

• Accessing or asking for personal details of other Gamers including email, phone or any other personal information. Similarly disclosing of your personal information to other Gamers is also prohibited

• Use of any unauthorized components on our platform or use of bots, cheats, hacks or any third party software to modify, decrypt, mine or impact the platform in any manner

• Use of the platform to transfer money or chips, or to buy or sell chips to other Gamers or accounts

• Using the platform to spam or disseminate unlawful or unauthorized information or content to other gamers

• Uploading any content or sharing information that is abusive, malicious, defamatory, profane, vulgar, offensive, racist, sexist, political or any unlawful content or information

• Violation of any of our terms and conditions, policies, practices or content mentioned on our platform

At Rummy Patti, we strive to keep raising the bar on our fairplay standards and practices. We take the following measures to provide a safe environment to our Gamers.

• The cards are distributed at random using random number generator algorithm to ensure fair and unbiased distribution of cards to Gamers during gameplay.

• The gamers are allocated to tables and seated at tables on random allocation basis to minimize chance of any form of collusion amongst Gamers

• Director’s or Employees of the Company do not participate in or influence any of the games, except in cases where authorized testing of game or app features are carried out in a controlled environment.

• Rummy Patti does not deploy any bots or AI on its platform in real money games and tourneys.

• Information about cards are encrypted to ensure no third party has access to cards related information

• Gamers are not allowed to create multiple accounts or use fake id’s or impersonate others in order to play games

• While text based chat feature is available for free to play games, the same is disabled for real money games to prevent sharing of any information or leads that can create bias or impact game of players

• Our terms and condition bars any Gamer from trying to influence or manipulate games or its results.

• Rummy Patti performs random checks of games played to identify any acts of fraud or collusion amongst Gamers.

• In cases where any unfair practices are identified, appropriate action will be taken against involved Gamers including suspension of their accounts, revoking of any prize money won, penalties, permanent closure of their accounts and/or legal action.

• While we take the above measures we also rely on Gamers to report cases of fraud or unfair play that they observe during any of the games they play.

• Rummy Patti will swiftly review such cases and take appropriate action on those Gamers involved if the allegations are fond to be true.

• Rummy Patti, at its sole discretion, will decide on whether any act committed by Gamers constitutes fraud or unfair practice.

Gamers are encouraged to report any instance of fairplay violations that they have observed by raising a support ticket on our platform
